We provide custom retrofit and offer first rate replacement equipment to upgrade your system and maximize energy and operational efficiency for your facility. We are available to meet our Customers’ needs 24 hours a day.

Construction Department:
Our Construction Team works with our Customers to develop new and innovative ways of designing efficient HVAC systems. Our Technicians and Staff work directly with Customers to ensure that the Customers’ needs are met. Coordinating budget strategies, design templates, building information modeling, LEED AP’s, prefabrication meetings and project planning sessions, allows us to determine the Customers desires and meet their expectations.

Our Sheet Metal Mechanics, Pipefitters and Welders are all Certified and through years of experience in their fields, have developed efficient cost saving systems.
We follow all State and Federal safety regulations and Pride ourselves on maintaining clean, safe, job sites.

Building Automation Systems (BAS) Department:
Lange Mechanical is the only Licensed Johnson Controls Metasys Authorized Building Control Specialist (ABCS) Contractor in South Texas. Our BAS Team allows the Customer primary control over their system and grants them access to all information regarding the function of their system. The Johnson Controls Metasys System provides open systems technology of both building automation and information technology industries. Johnson Controls Metasys Wireless Technology provides our Customers more cost-effective installation and operation of their operating systems.
With our BAS Scheduled Service Agreements, we include options such as 24 hour monitoring capability, operating consulting services, on-site training.

Lange Security Services, LLC:
Our Security Team designs and installs State of the Art security systems that ensure our customers secure assets and safe environments. Lange Security Services is the only Licensed Johnson Controls Authorized Building Security Specialist (ABSS) Contractor in South Texas. Our Staff works with our Customers to diagnosis security needs and implements technologically superior and manageable security operations. The Security Team installs Johnson Controls Access Control Systems, and closed circuit video to provide Customers with continuous security and safe operation. With our Security Scheduled Service Agreements we include options such as 24 hour monitoring capability, operating consulting services, on-site training, etc.
