Introduction
The year was 1981and Lange Mechanical Services opened its doors for business. Lange Mechanical has weathered the test of time and become known as an industry leader in the heating and cooling business in Houston, Texas.

History
Lange Mechanical Services, LP began as a small company started by Randy Lange. The beginning entailed one man working out of his garage and one enormous dream. Randy set out to provide the highest quality and competitively priced service to the HVAC market in Houston. After a few years in business, Lange Mechanical exceeded expectations. In order to meet the demand for service they expanded into a 1500 square foot facility. Throughout the next few years, Lange Mechanical maintained its rapid growth and new larger facilities were born. From the inception of the first facility, 1500 sq. ft, to the present day, 15,000 sq.ft., Lange Mechanical carries on its tradition of excellence and continues emphasizing on providing comprehensive HVAC and BAS building solutions to the Houston Metro area.

In early 2006 Randy Lange was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident and his long time friend Bill Piske assumed responsibility of Lange Mechanical, to continue Randy’s vision. From the very beginning Bill has continued Lange’s firm commitment to its employees and customers. Bill realizes if the business is to carry on, Lange Mechanical must evolve and continue to consistently satisfy the needs of our customers. Bill Piske has implemented Four Values of Accountability, which have become etched into the foundation of Lange Mechanical Services, L.P.:

Leadership Philosophy
The leadership style that defines Lange Mechanical is that of Ownership and Accountability. The organization has a solid internal leadership team with strong management at the helm. According to Bob Munz, General Manager, of Lange Mechanical, the question that defines the attitude of the leadership of the company is, “How can I help you solve the problem?” Rather than creating an atmosphere of aloofness, compliance and disinterest, the leadership team has worked hard to stay connected with their employees and the front line interests of the company and customers. Their example of Ownership is one that has come to define Lange Mechanical in all aspects of the organization, from internal affairs to the needs of the customer and consequently has led to loyal employees and customers.

Recent Developments
The last several years at Lange Mechanical have been very exciting times. Lange continues to aggressively expand their line of services & products and now offers many new solutions for commercial and industrial cooling including:
